The total site area is about 17 acres, surrounded by environment-friendly open lands and greenery. The main production block has a total plinth area of about 42,814 sq. ft. (3941 sq. meters). The second block houses utilities on the ground floor and QC Lab on the first floor, with a combined plinth area of about 800 sq. meters.
